Be A Friend
BE A FRIEND

According to the U.S. Department of Education, 1 in 10 school aged children have a disability. That gives 9 out of 10 kids a daily opportunity to learn about diversity, collaboration, inclusion and friendship. Students with disabilities are like all children, they want friends, they want to feel respected, and they want to be included. It’s important to focus on things we have in common but understand and celebrate our differences.
